I have applied for funding to Aviva for £10,000 so the bowlers run ups can be replaced to the outdoor net facility with artificial strips. In order to try to obtain funding we have to obtain as many votes as we can from today until Mid November.

You can cast up to 10 votes each just by clicking on the link below, then registrering, then search under ‘Rainham’ (make sure you choose our Rainhm Essex project for the bowlers run up and not the Rainham Kent project) and then cast your 10 votes.

Please use social media and tell family and friends so we can obtain as many votes as possible, as the most votes will receive the funding.

This year’s AGM will be held on Friday 28^th October at the clubhouse from 7.30pm.

 As always this is the date where we elect all officers for the 2017 season. We also vote on any proposed changes to the club’s Constitution. Details of proposed changes will be sent out in due course. Every member is free to propose constitution changes.

If you wish to nominate somebody to stand for any role then please let me know at least 10 days before the day of the AGM – i.e. next Tuesday 18^th October. Alternatively, if you wish to stand for any role, please let me know by the same date as there will usually be somebody willing to propose you.
